Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting Sky Beauty Studio. For everyone’s safety, please note that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or lost items during your visit. ▫️DEPOSITS - Deposits are booking fees. And are non-refundable but can be transferrable up to (1) time for a service within 7 days from original appointment date. ▫️PAYMENTS - Cash, Tap, and Charging the card on file are my preferred methods of payment. ▫️LATE POLICY - I do not charge a late fee, but arriving more than 10-minutes late will result in an automatic rescheduling. ▫️ALLERGIES: Please inform your stylist of any allergies before your appointment, including allergies to hair (human or synthetic like Kanekalon/X-Pression), threads (cotton/synthetic), sewing nets, adhesives, or other products. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. While we strive to use quality products, we cannot guarantee against individual sensitivities. ▫️SERVICE PREP: Arrive with hair detangled and prepared to be washed. Be sure that bundles are fully dried, if not, I will reschedule your service.
