Specifically for Lightening / Highlight services • You should avoid recent chemical damage (like relaxers or multiple bleach sessions in a short time). • No deep-conditioning masks the same day — they can coat the hair and slow lifting. • Ideally virgin hair lifts best, but previously colored hair can be lightened with the right technique (please let me know in consultation if you've had previous color (it will constutute as a color correction).
