BOOKING POLICY

Hi Beautiful,

Thank you for choosing Jada Sky at Sky Beauty in-home Studio for your 1:1 hair experience. 

By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio policies:

 

No personal or business calls while being serviced. Please schedule your appointments accordingly. 

▫️ PAYMENTS 
Cash or Zelle for first time clients

Tap, or Charging the card on file are available when completing the authorization form
A 3.6% processing fee is automatically applied when charging the card on file/ using Tap. ​

▫️ BOOKING FEES
Booking fees are non-refundable and goes toward the service. They may be transferred one time to a new appointment within 7 days of the original date (if rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment).

▫️ CARD ON FILE POLICY
Upload your card in your client portal ​

  • At checkout, you may use your card on file for contactless payment (3.6% service fee) or pay in the payment methods listed above.

▫️COLOR SERVICE PREP

Please do not wash hair for at least 2 days before service. 

If you've ever had black dye or any other artificial color on your hair, please inform Jada during your consultation.

Duration: Color appointments can vary from 3-7 hours depending on difficulty and hair health. Ensure hair is fully detangled and blowdried straight as you can prior to appointment.

▫️ LATE POLICY

  • No late penalty up to 10 minutes.

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more will require rescheduling.

  • In extreme cases if I decide to service you, your late fee is 20% of the service cost.

▫️ NO-SHOW POLICY (DAY OF SERVICE)

  • With communication: Deposit is forfeited + 25% of the service total will be charged to your card. You may reschedule with me via text for a new date/time.

  • Without communication: Deposit is forfeited + 25% of the service total will be charged to your card, and you will be banned from booking future services.

  • ▫️ No Strong Odors

For my comfort, please do not arrive smelling of smoke, marijuana, or any other strong odors. Clients who arrive with noticeable odors will be refused service and charged a cancellation fee.

  • ▫️ Illness / Sickness Policy

If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, fever, contagious illness, etc.), please reschedule your appointment as I have an infant and don't want him catching an illness. Arriving sick will result in your appointment being canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

▫️ Booking the proper service and add-ons

To ensure proper timing and pricing, please book the correct service. Services are charged based on what is performed and agreed upon, not what is booked.
