Thank you for choosing Jada Sky at Sky Beauty Studio for your luxury hair experience. By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio policies:
 

▫️ PAYMENTS
Card on file or cash only.
A $4.75 processing fee applies to all electronic transactions.
 

▫️ DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new appointment within 7 days of the original date (if rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment).
 

▫️ ADD-ONS
All add-ons must be booked with your main service to ensure accurate timing.
Unbooked add-ons cannot be accommodated at your appointment.
 

▫️ CARD ON FILE POLICY
A valid card is required to secure your appointment.

• Your card will only be charged at booking (deposit) or in cases of a no-show.

• At checkout, you may use your card on file for contactless payment or pay in cash.

• Please note: a small tax/processing fee applies to electronic payments.
   

▫️ LATE POLICY

• No late fee up to 10 minutes.

• Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more will require rescheduling or a $25+ late fee (depending on the flow of my workday).
  Please plan ahead and arrive on time.

▫️ NO-SHOW POLICY

• With communication: Deposit is forfeited + 25% of the service total will be charged to your card. You may reschedule with me via text for a new date/time.

• Without communication: Deposit is forfeited + 25% of the service total will be charged to your card, and you will be banned from booking future services.

• ▫️ PICK UP POLICY
  The name and card used online must match the cardholder’s ID at pickup. No exceptions. The cardholder must be present and provide their valid ID for verification before hair can be released.
