RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds or EXCHANGES. All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control, please contact the mail carrier for further details once you receive a tracking number.  

SHIPPING INFO

  • Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. You have 24 hours to contact customer support to modify your order. After 24 hours, order modifications are not permitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment, methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

 

  • If you have booked a hair appointment and have not received your hair, please do not email customer support asking about your package as we are not responsible for your hair appointment. It is recommended that you wait to book all hair appointments until you have the hair in your possession.

 

  • In the event an error is made on our end, please contact customer support within 24 hours of recieving your package. We will not be able to offer any resolution if the hair has been used or altered in any way. If you have to send a package back, we suggest using a traceable posta! carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.

PICK UP POLICY

The name and card used online must match the cardholder’s ID at pickup. No exceptions.
The cardholder must be present and provide their valid ID for verification before hair can be released.
